We here at Olsen's try to make everything special. We do our best to keep all product as fresh and tasty as can be. Our smokehouse meats are smoked in house and we feature a wide variety of our own famous recipes such as hardwood smoked Hams, Bacon and Sausages. In the fall of 2002 the Olsen family took another giant step in the world of meats. A brand new 38000 sq. ft. Piggly Wiggly store was built featuring our famous meat tradition with 80 feet of full service meat and deli cases. We also have added state-of-the-art, government inspected sausage kitchen and smokehouse.
Located on the corner of Lineville Road and Velp Avenue, in Green Bay.

Here at Olsen's Sausage Shoppe we offer our fresh smoked turkey, ham, beef, summer sausage, or pastrami, all homesmoked and mouth watering. Our deli meats can be ordered whole or sliced to your preference.

Our Smoked Snack Sticks are made from the leanest cuts of pork and beef. We add just the right spices and ingredients and smoke them to perfection. Fully Cooked - Ready to eat.
